We guarantee that we always sell 100% authentic and fresh tea in sealed packs to ensure the aroma, freshness and flavor of the tea is retained for your enjoyment. However, as a result of any error from our side, if you find that you have been delivered the wrong tea or the packaging was not sealed properly or damaged, you can initiate a return on our website within 3 days from the time of delivery. Our courier partner will pick up the damaged product from your doorstep and will replace it within 7 working days at no extra cost.
In case we receive a cancellation request from you within 24 hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within 10 to 15 days. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
