At AssamCup™, we take great care in sourcing, packing, and delivering authentic Assam tea with freshness and quality in mind. Due to the consumable nature of tea products, we maintain a strict returns and refund policy.
Returns
As tea is a food-grade consumable product, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of taste preference
- Personal liking/disliking
- Opened or used products
- Incorrect brewing methods
- Minor packaging variations
Returns will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Received wrong product
- Product damaged during transit
- Package received in torn or leaking condition
- Incorrect quantity received
- Product missing from order
Refunds
Once the issue is verified by our team, eligible refunds may be:
- Processed to the original payment method
- Issued as store credit
- Replaced with a fresh product
Refund processing may take:
5–7 business days
after approval.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
Opened tea packs
Used products
Taste preferences or brewing results
Delayed delivery caused by courier partners or unforeseen events
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
