2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery.
4. What is your return or replacement policy?
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable.
5. Do you accept cancellations or refunds?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Refunds are processed only in cases of genuine issues with the order.
6. How should I store tea at home?
Store tea in an airtight container, away from heat, light, and moisture. Avoid storing near strong aromas to preserve freshness.
7. Which teas are best with milk?
Our Everyday Strength and Bold & Balanced teas are crafted for milk chai. Green, white, oolong, and orthodox teas are best enjoyed without milk.
